Application Under Test not functioning when Jmeter Proxy is started.

Dear All ,

Am facing the following challenge in Jmeter while recording scenarios for the Application under test:

Application Under Test is an ASP.net application.

1.In normal mode the menu options,buttons everything is functioning properly.

2.When the proxy server has been started, and Jmeter starts recording.

3.On navigating to menu buttons and clicking on buttons,the button and the menu buttons are not functioning.

Kindly assisst,

How can I resolve it....The following is not allowing me to record scenarios and load them.

1.Uptill now I tried to do it with different browsers however it was not solved.

2.Tried to perform a web recording using SoapUI and the load it with LoadUI,however it didn't solve.
